McKenzie Day

McKenzie Day, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Technical Instructional Designer at CSG, leading the CSG Credentials pilot and managing a digital credentialing program that achieved an engagement score significantly above industry standards. Previous experience includes roles at Capital Group as an Instructional Design Specialist, where McKenzie designed customized training materials, and at the International Baccalaureate as an Assessment Examiner, moderating assessments and providing feedback for global consistency. McKenzie has also held leadership positions at Atlanta International School and Renaissance College Hong Kong, focusing on curriculum management and community service programs, respectively. McKenzie holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in Social Science Education and International Relations.
