Mike Wille

Mike Wille has extensive experience at CSG since November 2004, holding various leadership roles including Executive Director of Product & Engineering and Executive Director of CCM Process and Project Management. Mike is responsible for the IT solution vision and implementation for over 25 CSG customers, focusing on bill design and electronic payment systems. Prior roles include leading IT project management and software development teams, where Mike successfully managed client conversion projects, developed comprehensive project management procedures, and provided mentorship within the PMO organization. Previously, Mike worked at Lozier Corporation as a Business Process Analyst and Sales Support Coordinator. Mike holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
