Paul Wear

Paul Wear is currently the Executive Director of Programs and Best Practices at CSG, a position held since 2020. They have been with CSG International since 1997, serving as Director of MIS and Director of IT PMO. Prior to their tenure at CSG, Paul was the Director of MIS at Structural Component Systems, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Paul holds multiple certifications and degrees in Information Technology, including a Leadership Academy degree from AIM Institute and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Purdue University.
