Pedro Mateus has over two decades of experience in the technology and service management sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Service Management at CSG since June 2016, Pedro oversees the operations support teams for retail applications, including EPPIX, Helios, and billing. Previously, Pedro held the position of L3 Manager, responsible for managing L3 development teams, and worked as a Sr. Business Consultant at IBM from April 2012 to June 2016, where responsibilities included serving as a Retail Billing Subject Matter Expert and technical lead for retail billing projects at MTN South Africa.
