Rachel Bennett

Rachel Bennett is an experienced education and inclusion professional with a strong background in supporting diverse student populations and facilitating employee belonging initiatives. Currently serving as the Manager of Inclusion and Impact at CSG since May 2022, Rachel oversees the growth and management of employee belonging groups and develops culturally relevant programming aligned with DEI objectives. Prior experience includes her role as Dean of College and Career at Rowe-Clark Math and Science Academy, where Rachel significantly increased college credential completion rates and coordinated programs to enhance student career readiness. With a history of leadership at OneGoal and involvement in professional development through the YNPN Leadership Institute, Rachel combines education expertise with a commitment to fostering inclusive environments. Rachel holds a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction with an ESL endorsement from Concordia University Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Loyola University Chicago.
