Roberto Zoldan

Roberto Zoldan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and customer experience management. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery for North America at CSG since November 2020, Zoldan focuses on developing a high-performing service delivery organization and managing customer solutions. Prior to CSG, Zoldan worked at Netcracker Technology for almost a decade in various leadership roles, including Client Partner and Vice President Delivery, overseeing global managed services in the LATAM region. Zoldan's career began at Convergys, where expertise was gained in managing teams related to reference data and system engineering. Zoldan started in the technology sector at Embratel as a Senior System Analyst, leading product configuration initiatives. Zoldan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Systems Analysis from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
