Sweta Manot

Sweta Manot is the Inclusion & Workforce Equity Lead (APAC) at CSG, bringing 17 years of experience in Diversity and Inclusion, Learning and Development. Previously, Sweta served as a Senior Manager for Diversity and Inclusion Operations at Standard Chartered Global Business Services, where they managed global D&I initiatives. Sweta's early career includes roles as Assistant Manager in Training at Adecco, and various consulting and training positions at HR Cornucopia. They have also contributed to diversity initiatives at Tesco Bengaluru. Sweta holds a Diploma in Instructional Design from Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies and completed the Diversity and Inclusion Professional Leadership Programme through Charlotte Sweeney Associates and Cambridge Cubed.
