Tara Roberts

Tara Roberts, PHR, currently serves as the Director of People Experience at CSG, a position held since November 2014, where responsibilities include providing strategic partnership and consultation across multiple levels of the organization in areas such as employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training/development. Previous roles at CSG include Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager, with a consistent focus on facilitating HR discussions and developing policies to support business initiatives. Prior experience includes tenure as a Human Resources Specialist at Union Pacific Railroad and as a Senior HR Consultant at Securities America, Inc. Tara holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Sociology from Peru State College, completed in 2002.
