Therusha Govender

Therusha Govender is a Training Support Coordinator and Skills Enablement Analyst at CSG since March 2023, where responsibilities include designing and implementing onboarding processes, developing tailored training programs, utilizing data analytics for evaluation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams for workforce initiatives. Previous experience includes a Data Science Practicum at HyperionDev, where program development in Python and data management techniques were employed, and roles as an English Educator with Preply and EPIK. Therusha holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) in Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and completed a Data Science Bootcamp at HyperionDev.
