Derek Bevan is an experienced legal professional, currently serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel at CSG since August 2019. Prior to this role, Derek held the position of Chief Counsel EMEA at Independent Technology Systems Limited from June 2007 to September 2022, where responsibilities included supporting EMEA sales in negotiations for managed services and software licensing, overseeing HR legal issues, and managing compliance and contract support teams. Earlier experience includes a role as Legal Counsel at Thomson Reuters from June 2001 to 2006. Derek holds multiple degrees in Business Law, including a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from City St George’s, University of London.
