We help Customer Success professionals land their next CS role in 45 to 120 days without them needing to send hundreds of applications or burn nights and weekends networking.

We take full ownership of the job search for Customer Success leaders and ICs. We don’t coach from the sidelines, we run the process.

Why this exists

The CS job market has changed dramatically.

Most CS roles now receive 200–700+ applications (and thousands for high-paying remote roles). Automation, AI screening, and longer interview loops have made traditional job searching inefficient, even for highly qualified candidates.

Our csGuru Reverse recruiting method was built to solve that.

Proven results (first 90 days)

Since launching in June 2025, our first cohort delivered:

• 5,500+ applications sent
• 280+ interviews generated
• 23.5 interviews per client on average
• 75% of clients received offers
• Roles landed in 42–97 days

We’ve helped CS professionals who were:

-Unemployed for 6–18 months
-Stuck at late-stage interviews
-Employed but proactively upgrading roles
-ICs, Managers, Directors, and Heads of CS

Who we help best

Our work is most effective for CS professionals who:

-Have 2+ years of Customer Success experience
-Have held a CS-specific title within the last 6 months
-Want to stay in Customer Success
-Are serious about landing a role in the next 45–120 days

Titles include: CSM, Senior CSM, Strategic / Enterprise CSM, Manager, Director, VP, Head of CS.
