CSH Surrey is a pioneering not-for-profit, employee-owned social enterprise that has provided NHS community nursing and therapy services in Surrey since 2006 - the first in the NHS to do so. Our 1600 clinicians and support teams provide highly skilled and compassionate care for hundreds of thousands of adults and children across Surrey in homes and care homes, clinics, health centres, community hospitals and schools. Our patients and families are benefiting from increasingly coordinated and seamless care because of our collaborative approach and desire to create strong partnerships with other NHS, social care and voluntary sector organisations.

As a social enterprise, we exist to benefit our local communities over and above the contracts we are commissioned  to deliver. Since 2012 our Community Fund has awarded more than £50,000 in grants to local charities and groups in support of projects that improve health and wellbeing.
