Brian McShane

Brian McShane has extensive experience in social services and program management, with a focus on supporting vulnerable populations, including children, homeless individuals, and those with mental health issues. From 2004 to 2005, Brian served as a Child Advocate at Sojourner House, where responsibilities included coordinating children's programs and managing referrals. Subsequent roles included supervision and program coordination positions at the University of Pennsylvania Health System and Penn Medicine, working on service delivery and outreach for individuals with severe mental health issues. As a Senior Program Manager at CSH, Brian delivered training on supportive housing and managed project contracts. Additional experience includes roles at PMHCC and involvement in academic settings as an adjunct professor at Philadelphia University. Brian holds a Master of Social Science Policy from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Saint Joseph's University.
