David Barr is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in public finance and investment banking. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at CSH Housing Solutions since October 2025, David previously held senior leadership roles at D.A. Davidson Companies and Roosevelt & Cross Incorporated, where responsibilities included expanding networks of investors, managing due diligence processes, and reestablishing project financing efforts.
