Leah Werner is currently the Director at CSH, the Source for Housing Solutions, where they work to expand the capacity of permanent supportive housing across Ohio and the country through intensive technical assistance and training. Previously, they served as a Community Development Consultant at From the Ground Up LLC, providing neighborhood outreach strategies and affordable housing expertise. Leah also held the position of Project Manager at Oberer Companies, coordinating a 30-unit development project in Columbus, Ohio, and directed housing and community development activities at East End Community Services in Dayton for nearly a decade. Leah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Geography from the University of Cincinnati.
