Susan Tanner is a dedicated systems change advocate focused on preventing and ending homelessness. With extensive experience in leadership roles, they served as the Executive Director of the Homeless Planning Council of Delaware from 2007 to 2014, and are currently the Director of Homeless Response Consulting at CSH Housing Solutions since 2025. Susan has contributed to various organizations including the Delaware HIV Consortium as a Community Planning Coordinator, and has held positions at CSH, the Source for Housing Solutions. They also shared their expertise as an Adjunct Professor at Wilmington University between 2010 and 2014. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Public Health from Drexel University.
