Carrick Boshart

Carrick Boshart currently serves as the Director of Operations at CSHQA since April 2025. Previously, Boshart held the position of Chief Operations Officer at OZ Architecture from February 2022 to April 2025, where responsibilities included enhancing operational efficiency and overseeing project execution. Prior to that, Boshart directed the architecture studio at Ware Malcomb, managing multiple senior project management teams. Boshart's experience also includes significant roles at HMC Architects, including Principal in Charge, where management of diverse project teams and operational oversight were key responsibilities. Boshart began the professional journey as a Senior Associate at CSDA and amassed extensive experience at LPA, Inc. as an Associate Partner. Educationally, Boshart holds a Professional degree in Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, alongside certifications from NCARB, AIA, and LEED AP.
