Nicole S. has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Intern/Judge's Assistant at the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas in 2007. Nicole then worked as a Law Clerk at Amendolara & Rafidi, LLC from 2007 to 2008. In 2010, they joined CSI Corporate Security and Investigations as a Background Investigator and later became the Director of Investigative Research in 2014. Additionally, since 2001, they have held the position of Vice President at William J. Garrett & Associates, Inc. Overall, Nicole S. has gained expertise in investigative research, background investigations, and legal support throughout their career.

Nicole S. holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Youngstown State University, which they obtained between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science in Criminal Justice and Sociology from the same university, graduating between 2005 and 2008. In 2004, they briefly attended Baldwin Wallace University, but did not obtain a degree. Before their higher education, Nicole graduated from Canfield High School in 2004.
