William Hickman currently serves as President and CEO of CSI Corporate Security and Investigations, a position held since April 2006, where responsibilities include directing investigative and security assignments and enhancing corporate systems. In addition to this role, William Hickman has been a Board Member at ACG Pittsburgh since July 2021 and served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh from August 2003 to August 2018, teaching courses on white collar crime and evaluating student coursework. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Director at the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Office of Inspector General from 2000 to 2006, overseeing investigative operations and coordinating with various task forces. William Hickman holds a Master's degree in Public Policy and Management from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Penn State University.
