Ryan Bauer

Ryan Bauer is a multinational credit officer and equipment finance professional with a robust background in the industry. They held the position of Director of Equipment Finance and Leasing at Saint Louis Bank from 2021 to 2023, where they established a new business unit and generated a portfolio of $52 million in loans and leases in its first year. Prior to that, they served as Senior Vice President of Equipment Finance at Central Bank of St. Louis from 2015 to 2021, managing an average portfolio balance of $140 million and purchasing over $225 million in transactions. They also held the role of Vice President of Finance at CSI Leasing, Inc. from 2008 to 2014. Ryan earned a BS in Finance and Banking, as well as Real Estate, from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business in 2008.
