Giovanni Binando

Giovanni Binando has extensive experience in the ICT sector, particularly within Public Administration, having worked at CSI Piemonte since 1988. Starting as a Computer Programmer, Giovanni progressed to roles such as Office Automation Specialist and Computer Systems Analyst and Developer, focusing on projects for the Province of Turin and Piedmont Regional Council. With a strong emphasis on web technologies, Giovanni held multiple positions as a Computer Web Analyst, designing and developing web projects using various open-source Content Management Systems, including Drupal and WordPress. Giovanni also contributed as a Short Term Expert on international projects, providing training and conducting research on web analysis and development methodologies.
