Sandro Pera

Sandro Pera is an experienced Organization and HR Specialist at CSI-Piemonte, focusing on organizational development, business process improvement, and project management, particularly in Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) and the integration of AI tools. Previously, Sandro served as a Senior Project Manager at CSP, managing strategic projects related to broadband wireless networks and IoT technologies, as well as developing Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models. With a background in wireless networks research and extensive experience in managing relationships with public bodies and SMEs, Sandro has contributed to numerous projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing telecommunications infrastructure. Sandro holds a First-level Master in Open Digital Transformation from Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale and an MD in Telecommunication Engineering from Politecnico di Torino.
