Marti Gich

Marti Gich is a Staff Researcher at the Institut de Ciència de Materials de Barcelona, Consejo Superior de Investigaciones Científicas, where they focus on the study of magnetism and spin-lattice couplings in oxides. Previously, they served as a Ramón y Cajal Fellow at the same institute, contributing to the understanding of structure-properties relationships and synthesizing nanoparticles. Marti began their career as a Research Engineer at Saint-Gobain, where they engaged in R&D for glass-ceramics. They hold a PhD in Physics with a specialization in Materials Science and Condensed Matter Physics from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
