Nitin Narwade

Nitin Narwade, PhD, is a seasoned bioinformatician with extensive experience in analyzing diverse genomic data. Nitin served as a Research Assistant at the University of Macau, focusing on epigenetic and transcriptomic data related to cancer research. As a Bioinformatics Technician at the National Center for Cell Science, Nitin developed an innovative algorithm for microbiome research. At Bionivid Technology Private Limited, Nitin led Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analyses and created a web application to streamline analysis pipelines. Currently, Nitin is a Postdoctoral Researcher at CSIC, concentrating on single-cell omics and spatial transcriptomics in breast cancer research. Nitin's academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Bioinformatics, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience (Bioinformatics) with Cum-Laude distinction from Instituto de Neurociencias de Alicante.
