Nicolás Barbero

Nicolás Barbero is currently the Director of Business Operations at c/side, having previously served as the Head of Staffing Operations at Superside and the Business Operations Director at Mural. At Mural, Nicolás achieved significant milestones, including forecasting annual recurring revenue (ARR) with 95% accuracy and driving 400% YoY growth in ARR during the pandemic. Prior experience includes roles at PedidosYa, where operational strategies led to increased lead generation and non-commission revenue, as well as consulting roles at The Boston Consulting Group and Hermes Management Consulting, where Nicolás facilitated cost-saving initiatives and strategic plans across various industries. Nicolás holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires.
