Andrew Higgins is a Senior Principal Research Scientist and Team Leader at CSIRO Land & Water, where they currently lead the development of the Transport Network Strategic Investment Tool (TraNSIT) and oversee multi-disciplinary projects in transport logistics and agriculture supply chains.
