Arman Namvar

Arman Namvar is a self-motivated mechanical engineer with over four years of experience in multidisciplinary projects, specializing in mechanical design, FEA analysis, and manufacturing. They began their career as an Assembly Technician at Planet Innovation, where they contributed to manufacturing ventilators during the COVID-19 pandemic. Subsequently, Arman worked as a Research and Development Engineer at CSL, collaborating with leading Australian scientists on treatments for blood disorders. Their experience also includes roles as a Research Engineer at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne and a Mechanical Design Engineer at the University of Melbourne. Currently, Arman serves as the Executive Officer for APAS at CSIRO, continuing to advance their expertise and contributions in the field. They hold a Ph.D. in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
