Crystal Ladiges

Crystal Ladiges is the Chief of Staff at CSIRO, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Executive Manager of Corporate Communication at CSIRO from 2019 to 2022, where they led the Corporate Communication function and drove strategy for various communication initiatives. Their experience also includes positions at Swinburne University of Technology, where they worked as a Senior Media Advisor and Media Manager, among other roles. Crystal holds a Master of Communication in Public Relations and a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations, both from RMIT University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communication from Swinburne University of Technology.
