James Kear

James Kear is a seasoned Research Group Leader and Principal Engineer, with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. They began their career as a Duty Manager and Lifeguard at Waves Leisure Centre from 2001 to 2007, and later served as a Graduate Engineer at Akron from 2007 to 2008. From 2008 to 2022, they contributed to CSIRO as a Team Leader and Research Group Leader. James earned a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours from Monash University and a Master of Environmental Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne.
