Jonathon Ralston is a Senior Principal Research Scientist at CSIRO Mineral Resources in Brisbane, where they have led strategic research initiatives for over 25 years. Their work has focused on advancing remote operations, automation, robotics, and geosensing, contributing significantly to improvements in industry safety, sustainability, and efficiency. Currently, Jonathon leads innovative activities in In-Situ Resource Utilisation (ISRU) and serves as the CSIRO Capability Lead for ISRU and Frontier Technology. They actively participate in international space working groups and play a key role in collaborative projects with industry leaders.
