Kaveh Moghani

Kaveh Moghani is a PhD researcher currently studying at Edith Cowan University and CSIRO, focusing on Banded Iron Formations and their potential for natural hydrogen generation. With several years of experience in the mining industry, Kaveh has developed expertise in 3D geological modeling, spatial data integration, and environmental monitoring. Past roles include serving as a Reservoir Geologist for the National Iranian South Oil Company, where they were responsible for structural and petrophysical modeling, and as a Routine and Special Core Analyst at PetroAzma Co. and the Petroleum University of Technology. Kaveh holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Exploration Engineering, both from the Petroleum University of Technology.
