Kel Lupis has extensive experience in management and project support, with a career spanning various organizations since 1998. As a Development Manager at Avac Australia for over two decades, Kel specialized in marketing strategies for innovative water-saving technologies in diverse sectors, including correctional facilities and health projects. Subsequently, Kel served as a Director at RBA Group, leading commercial plumbing initiatives focused on energy and water conservation. Following this, Kel held the position of Director at Sustainability Certified, collaborating with government departments and stakeholders to enhance residential energy efficiency. Currently, as a Project Support Officer at CSIRO, Kel engages in projects aimed at improving thermal performance in existing homes. Educational qualifications include advanced degrees in English, Marketing, and Management from esteemed institutions such as the University of Wollongong and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
