Lita Katopo

Lita Katopo is a Senior Food Scientist and Technologist with over 14 years of experience in product and process development, specializing in plant and dairy proteins. They have held various roles, including Research and Development Intern at HJ Heinz and Kellogg Company, where they contributed to product development and sensory evaluations. Lita has also worked as a Research Officer at RMIT University, managing R&D projects and collaborating with food companies like Sanitarium Health and Wellbeing Company and ProPortion Foods. Currently, Lita serves as a Senior Food Scientist/Technologist at CSIRO, focusing on innovative food solutions. They hold a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University and a Master of Philosophy from RMIT University.
