Louisa Warren is an Executive Manager for Indigenous Science and Engagement at CSIRO, with over 18 years of experience in Indigenous engagement, strategy, and policy development. A proud Torres Strait Islander connected to Badu Island, Louisa has resided on Turrbal, Jagera, and Yuggera Country in Brisbane since 2018. They have successfully led initiatives to foster partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and play a vital role in implementing CSIRO’s Reconciliation Action Plan. Louisa's contributions have been recognized with honors such as Indigenous Leader of the Year 2023 by Women in Digital and as a COSMOS Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander STEM Leader in 2024. They previously held roles in various governmental organizations, including Principal Project Officer in the Queensland Government.
