Lukas Danner

Lukas Danner is a Team Leader in Sensory and Consumer Science at CSIRO, where they focus on investigating consumers' sensory perceptions of food. Lukas earned a master's degree in food science and technology and completed a PhD specializing in sensory science in 2014. They have held various research positions, including Senior Research Scientist at CSIRO and Senior Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the University of Adelaide. Lukas has contributed to numerous food sensory projects, linking chemical composition to sensory properties and developing new methodologies for sensory characterization.
