Mark Dorreen is an experienced engineering and technical professional with over twenty-five years in aluminium smelting, steelmaking, and heavy industries, and currently focuses on decarbonisation at CSIRO as a Group Leader. Mark has held various leadership positions, including CEO of EnPot Limited and Vice President - Technical at Energia Potior Limited, where they advanced innovative technologies aimed at enhancing energy efficiency in aluminium smelting. They previously served as a consultant specializing in sustainability and business development for Quantillion Technologies. Mark earned a PhD and a BE in Chemical & Materials Engineering from the University of Auckland.
