Dr. Muhammad Usman is currently the Head of Quantum Systems at CSIRO's Data61 and a Professor at RMIT University. They hold various editorial positions, including Associate Editor for ACM Computing Surveys and member of multiple editorial boards. Usman earned a Ph.D. from Purdue University and has held academic roles at institutions such as the University of Engineering & Technology, Lahore, and the National Quantum Computing Testbed Facility at the University of Queensland. With extensive experience in quantum technology consulting, they are also an Associate Investigator at the ARC Centre of Excellence in Quantum Biotechnology.
