Rod Harper is a Senior People and Transformation All-Rounder with extensive experience in organizational change and occupational health and safety. They served as the Occupational Health and Safety Coordinator at the Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne from 2006 to 2009, where they delivered vital support to a workforce of over 5,000. Subsequently, Rod worked at CSIRO from 2017 to 2018 in various senior roles focusing on transformation and change management. Rod also held the position of Senior Workforce Strategies Consultant at Marsh between 2009 and 2011. They earned a Graduate Certificate in Change Management from AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 2017 and completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Health Sciences at La Trobe University in 2005.
