Rozita Spirovska Vaskoska

Rozita Spirovska Vaskoska is a Group Leader at CSIRO, bringing fifteen years of expertise in food science, with experience spanning research and academic roles at prestigious universities, as well as consulting and microbiology positions across Australia, The Netherlands, and Macedonia. Rozita possesses a PhD in Food Science from the University of Melbourne, an MSc in Food Safety from Wageningen University, and a BSc in Food Technology from University Sv. Kliment Ohridski. Rozita's proficiencies include food chemistry, safety, microbiology, and regulatory affairs, complemented by a history of prestigious awards and scholarships, including a Best Oral Presentation Award at the ICOMST 2018.
