Shanthi Pillai

Shanthi Pillai is a dynamic technology executive with over 10 years of experience leading high-performing teams and strategic IT services at CSIRO. As the Executive Manager of Enterprise Platforms, they oversee more than 70 team members in IT Operations, focusing on critical infrastructure services including Cyber Security Operations and Unified Communications. Previously, Shanthi held various roles at CSIRO, such as Senior/Lead Business Analyst and Team Leader of Atlassian Services, where they demonstrated a proven track record in technology implementation and stakeholder engagement. Shanthi began their career at Monash University as an IT Class Facilitator, mentoring female high school students in ICT.
