Sharon Schultz is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the field. They worked at Boeing Defence Australia as a Senior Human Resources Consultant from 2005 to 2016 and also held the position of Human Resources Adviser at Caltex from 2004 to 2005. After a career break for travel in 2018 and 2019, Sharon became a Human Resources Business Partner at CSIRO in 2019, and briefly supported Global Sales & Marketing at Boeing in 2017. Sharon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Employment Relations from Western Sydney University between 1992 and 1998.
