Shaun Levick

Principal Research Scientist

Shaun Levick is a Principal Research Scientist at the CSIRO, specializing in remote sensing of ecosystem structure and dynamics, vegetation biomass quantification, and landscape change modeling. They earned a PhD in Landscape Ecology from the University of the Witwatersrand in 2008. Shaun has prior experience as a Research Scientist at the Max Planck Institute for Biogeochemistry from 2011 to 2017, a Remote Sensing Scientist at GNS Science from 2010 to 2011, and a Post-doctoral researcher at the Carnegie Institution for Science from 2008 to 2010.
