Shreeniwas Sathe is currently a CERC Fellow at CSIRO and has served as a lecturer at Veermata Jijabai Technological Institute in 2023. In 2022, Shreeniwas was a Research Associate at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, specializing in tertiary wastewater treatment, biomass valorization, and bio-electrochemical systems. Shreeniwas holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering Technology from IIT Kharagpur and has also completed a Master of Technology in the same field as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering. Additionally, Shreeniwas has interned at TERI - The Energy and Resources Institute.
