Simone Tyndall

Simone Tyndall is an experienced intellectual property professional, with a career spanning over a decade in patent and trademark law. Simone began as an Associate at Griffith Hack from December 2001 to November 2010, focusing on the filing and prosecution of Australian and foreign patent applications, as well as Australian patent oppositions and design applications. In early 2007, Simone was seconded to CSIRO, where responsibilities included managing the intellectual property portfolios of multiple divisions. From November 2010 to November 2012, Simone served as the Intellectual Property Manager at Monash University, overseeing patent and trademark portfolios and handling various agreements. Simone holds a Bachelor of Arts/Science and a Master's of IP Law from Monash University, along with qualifications as a Patent and Trademark Attorney from IPTA Academy.
