Tom Minchin

Tom Minchin is the Head of IT Services, specializing in customer experience, unified communications, networks, collaboration, desktops, and cyber security services. With expertise in executive management, project management, and technical design, they have overseen IT system integration and cloud service project implementation. Tom has held various roles at CSIRO from 2010 to 2021, including Executive Manager and Deputy Director, and was awarded the CSIRO Health Safety and Environment Achievement Medal in 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Network Operations Engineer at Asia Online and held systems management and technical roles at the Department of the Environment and Heritage and Interact IAcom.
