Tom Sullivan

Tom Sullivan is the Chief Radiation Safety Officer at CSIRO, where they represent the organization to key radiation regulatory bodies and ensure compliance across 12 Business Units. Currently, they support a network of over 50 Radiation Safety Officers while serving on the ARPANSA Radiation Health Committee and the ACT Government's Radiation Advisory Committee. Previously, Tom acted as a Senior/2IC Radiation Therapist at Chris O'Brien Lifehouse, where they were involved in patient planning and clinical workflow management. Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Radiologic Technology from the University of Newcastle and completed a professional development module in Radiation Therapy Practice at the University of South Australia.
