William Richards

William Richards is a strategy and policy professional with expertise at the intersection of life sciences, public policy, and commercial strategy. Currently serving as a Strategy Manager at CSIRO Futures, they lead strategic projects to influence Australia's science and innovation agenda. Previously, they held positions as a Senior Consultant at Nous Group and as a Senior Evaluation Officer at the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources, where they contributed to performance evaluations and public policy decision-making. With a background that includes roles in the AFL and various community-oriented sports organizations, William is passionate about translating scientific discovery into real-world impact. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Science from Monash University.
