Tae-Young Bae

Tae-Young Bae serves as the Sourcing Engineering Team Leader at Edwards Korea since May 2022, with extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement. Previously, Tae-Young held the position of Sr. Supply Chain Manager at Daewon Semiconductor Packaging Industrial Co., Ltd. from January 2016 to April 2022, overseeing domestic and international partners and suppliers, while also conducting financial assessments and cost negotiations. Prior roles include Regional Sales Manager at SKC Lighting Co., Ltd., where Tae-Young secured significant contracts with major automotive companies, and Purchasing Manager at Hansol Lighting, focusing on sales strategies and overseas market development. Earlier experience includes a Sales Marketing Manager position at Dongbu Lightec Co Ltd, contributing to the establishment of a distribution network and achieving notable sales in LED products. Tae-Young holds a bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from Jeonnam National University.
