CSL Capital (UK) Limited for 10years operated as a division under FCMB Bank (UK) Ltd in offering brokerage services in equity, fixed income and FX until the group span it off to be a stand-alone brokerage, after FCMB Bank (UK) Ltd obtained itsretail license in 2018.
CSL Capital (UK) Limited currently operates in the UK, Zambia and, Nigeria by way of receiving and transmitting investment orders for equities and fixed income securities from its UK and European foreign portfolio investor clients and transmitting these orders to the appropriate investment banking partners in these countries. Foreign exchange flows are also brokered between CSL Capital (UK) Ltd corporate clients (which range from Foreign Portfolio and Direct Investors, International Developmental Organizations and their financial intermediaries, and remittance company). CSL Capital (UK) has incorporated as subsidiary in Ghana, CSL Capital (Ghana) and are looking to operate the same business model in Ghana with the local subsidiary subject to authorisation in Ghana.
