Lee Winterborn

Lee Winterborn has over 28 years of work experience in the maritime industry. Lee started their career in 1993 as a Trainee Integrated Rating at Howard Smith Shipping and held various roles at ASP Ship Management, including Provisional Integrated Rating and Integrated Rating / Bridge Cadet. In 2000, they joined Adelaide Steamship Company as a Trainee Master / Deckhand. From 2002 to 2010, they worked at Inco Ships, where they held positions such as 3rd Mate, 2nd Mate, Chief Mate, and Transhipment Manager. In 2009, they became a Director at GREENWICH MARITIME SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED. Currently, since October 2020, they are the Regional Director, Commercial at The CSL Group Inc. Before this role, they served as the Senior Manager of Transhipment and Business Development at the same company. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they worked as the Manager of Transhipment Operations at The CSL Group Inc.

Lee Winterborn began their education in 1989 at Saint John's College, where they obtained a High School Certificate in 1993. In 1994, they attended the Australian Maritime College and completed a Pre-Sea degree program. Continuing their maritime studies, they enrolled in the Australian Fisheries Academy in 2003 and obtained a Master 4 degree. In 2005, Lee Winterborn attended the Western Australia Maritime Training Center and completed a degree in Second Mates.
